Eight phases. Each one a threshold you cross together. You don't skip ahead — you earn your way through, phase by phase, until the person who started no longer exists.
You begin in the sky. Ground school, then tandem, then your first supervised solo freefall. By the end of this phase you hold a recognized solo skydiving qualification — and you've already proven you'll do the thing that terrifies you.
From sky to sea. Pool sessions, then open water, then advanced dives. You learn to stay calm where humans aren't meant to breathe — and walk away certified to dive almost anywhere on earth.
Discipline under pressure. Safety, stance, breathing, trigger control — pistol then rifle — building to live tactical scenarios with veteran instructors. You learn precision is a state of mind before it's a skill.
The ancient arts. Traditional and modern archery, then blade work — kendo, historical fencing, swordsmanship. Skills thousands of years old that demand total presence and reward it with calm.
Command an animal, then survive without one. Horsemanship, then deep wilderness: fire, shelter, water, land navigation, field communications — phonetics, radio, and Morse. The week you stop fearing the wild.
What happens when it's physical and real. Striking, grappling, and practical self-defense with real coaches and real sparring. Not sport — capability. You learn what your body does under genuine threat.
No itinerary. No comfort. A 72-hour field mission where your cohort uses everything — navigation, survival, comms, teamwork, endurance — under real fatigue and pressure. This is where the Tribe is truly forged.
A signature experience — a jump in a new location — and a graduation that means something. You receive real certification of everything you've earned and you are inducted into the Tribe for life.
